What is the convenience fee?
Our system uses an algorithm to calculate convenience fees based on what you would like to make in terms of your back account. For a detailed video that explains the entire process please watch explainer video.
Will fees be refunded back on a refund?
The full amount of an item will be refunded except for the credit card transaction fee that is applied on the initial sale. That fee is non refundable.
There are no additional fees for processing a refund.
Will refunds be issued?
Generally speaking, yes. Some items may be non-refundable and are subject to school or business policy.
